The stunning Gioia of Italy, and super chill nice guy Justin of New Zealand had a beautiful celebration of their love with their two daughters, loving family, and fantastic friends over the course of three days on the mythical island of Formentera. Ceremony was in Ibizan style, all white, with dinner and party at the elegant 10punto7. We feel so lucky and special to have been a part of it. All design and decor by the bride... super talented no?

Gioia and Justin's Formentera weekend wedding celebration posts continue. The wedding party had an amazing paella day two at the legendary Restaurante Pelayo on the beach. The polaroids are a fun glimpse into the fest as well. I think I have professed my love of Formentera enough .. so now I am just hoping to be born an Italian in my next life.

From the Midwest to the Mediterranean.

Polaroids from the day after Justin and Gioia's amazing Formentera weekend wedding fest. Lots more to come. xoxoxo

I wanted to share a photo from the latest wedding I photographed on Ibiza. Frances and Justin are an amazing couple and thanks to them I had the chance to fall  in love with the island of Ibiza, which I had previously imaged full of British teenagers listening to techno music on the beach with glow sticks. Turns out it's a magical place full of well preserved natural beauty and lots of happy, spirited people. I will share more from our trip and of this beautiful couple soon.

Sergio and Rosa are this fantastic fun couple that I am so happy to have met.. they live and work right here in Denia, Spain and are fast becoming friends of ours. Needless to say their wedding was simple,  beautiful, and very fun. They were married outside at the wonderful Hotel les Rotes in my favorite part of Denia. I am putting up way too many pictures of Rosa.. but isn't she the most beautiful bride? Here are some of my favorites from their special day. Vivan los novios!!

The Mediterranean, a horse drawn carriage, flamenco show in a castle, amazing food and wine and lots of love. It was really great to be a part of this special day and hang out with people from all over the world (Nadia and Brad live in Australia!) right here in my Spanish home town. ¡Vivan los novios!

You can bet on great photos when the bride is a fashion blogger (and a total knockout!). This Luxembourg based couple had a nautical themed semi-destination wedding in Moraira, on Spain's Mediterranean coast in early June. Pia says "We wanted a relaxed, yet elegant wedding with excellent food, music, wild flowers and torches. An Indian style tipi tent in the local yacht club was the perfect setting." Those absolutely gorgeous and very wild floral arrangements were made by Conchita at Flores La Tartana in Valencia.
